ООО «НА ЮГА» provides the GetApart information technology platform. The operator acts as an information intermediary between guest and property owner. The accommodation contract is between guest and owner.

From 1 September 2025, accommodation facilities must be registered in the FSA Hospitality register. GetApart verifies registry entries before publishing such properties.

Apartments and studios rented as short-term residential leases without hotel services are not accommodation facilities and are not subject to mandatory classification.

A request is not a paid booking until confirmed by the owner. Full price with fee breakdown is shown before payment.

Сервисный сбор GetApart составляет 3% от стоимости проживания (с уборкой, до промокода), но не менее 350 ₽. Сумма указывается до оплаты в карточке бронирования и на странице оплаты. Сервисный сбор — вознаграждение Оператора за информационное посредничество; при отмене бронирования гостем не возвращается, если иное не предусмотрено законом.

Payment is made only on GetApart by card via an accredited payment provider. Off-platform transfers remove platform protection. The operator issues a fiscal receipt for intermediary services.

From 01.03.2026 unified cancellation rules apply (ПП РФ № 1912 от 27.11.2025): before check-in day — full refund; on check-in day — hold up to first night cost.

Refund is initiated within 10 calendar days of cancellation. Card credit — within 10 business days after the bank sends the refund.

The owner must accurately describe the property, comply with Russian tax law and housing code requirements.

Personal data processing is governed by the privacy policy. From 1 September 2025 consent is collected separately from this offer.
