Refund rules when cancelling a booking · updated 14.06.2026
1. How it works
ООО «НА ЮГА» (GetApart) is an information intermediary. On cancellation we initiate a refund to the guest's card. Estimated refund is shown before payment and on the booking page.
2. Cancellation
From 01.03.2026 unified rules apply in Russia (ПП РФ № 1912 от 27.11.2025):
- Before check-in day — full refund. GetApart service fee is non-refundable.
- On check-in day or no-show — hold up to first night. Service fee is non-refundable.
- Non-refundable rates beyond one night do not apply.
On no-show the owner keeps the booking until checkout time the next day.
3. Refund timelines
Refund is initiated within 10 calendar days of cancellation.
Card credit — usually within 10 business days after the provider sends the refund. Status is shown in your account.
4. What is refunded
- Accommodation cost — per cancellation rules.
- GetApart service fee — non-refundable on guest cancellation.
- Cleaning and owner extras — included per law.
- Check-in deposit — not paid by card on the platform.
Services with a fixed check-in date are not subject to the 7-day cooling-off period.
5. Date changes and partial refunds
If you change dates and the price drops, the difference is refunded. If it rises, you pay the difference.
6. Disputes
Open a ticket in the help center or email support@getapart.ru. We will review and may initiate a full refund if warranted.
