Name, email, phone, booking data, payment metadata, messages, reviews, IP and security logs, account settings.
Exact property address is not published until booking is confirmed and paid.
3. Purposes and legal bases
- Contract performance — booking
- Separate consent — marketing
- Legitimate interests — fraud prevention
4. Data localization (from 01.07.2025)
Primary collection and storage of Russian citizens' data is on servers in Russia.
5. Retention
Booking data is stored up to 5 years or until consent is withdrawn where applicable.
6. Third parties
To the owner after confirmation; to payment provider; to authorities upon lawful request. Data sales are prohibited.
7. Your rights
Access, correction, deletion, consent withdrawal — via account or privacy@getapart.ru. Data export is available in account settings.
8. Security incidents
In case of a breach the operator notifies Roskomnadzor and takes steps to minimize harm.
9. Cookies
See the cookie policy. Foreign ad trackers are not used on the public site.
