PRO subscription terms

ООО «НА ЮГА» (Operator) provides the Owner access to extended GetApart account features under the selected PRO plan. Features and pricing are listed on the PRO plans page and in the account before payment.

Available plans: Basic (free), PRO Operations, PRO Growth and PRO Portfolio. Trial access to «PRO Операции» for 14 calendar days is granted after activation when 2 of three conditions are met — published property, connected sync channel or first booking request.

Trial access to PRO Growth (14 days) may be granted after the first paid booking or when two or more channels are connected.

After the trial ends, subscription is not renewed automatically without explicit Owner consent and successful payment in the account.

Subscription is paid by bank card via CloudPayments in the owner account. Monthly and annual billing available (2 months free with annual). VAT 22% included where applicable. Operator issues a fiscal receipt for subscription services.

After trial or downgrade, Owner may be offered 50% off the first month of the selected plan within 3 calendar days.

By paying, Owner confirms the selected plan and accepts these terms. Plan features are enabled after successful charge.

Owner may switch plans or return to Basic anytime in the account. Upgrading may require a prorated payment. On cancellation, paid period runs until end date; unused days are not refunded unless required by law.

PRO subscription does not replace Operator commission on paid bookings. Commission depends on plan and is shown on pricing pages and in the account. See also owner agreement.

PRO features are auxiliary (analytics, automation, notifications). Operator does not guarantee specific occupancy or income. Technical issues are resolved within a reasonable time; critical incidents are prioritized for plans with priority support.
