Can I change dates without cancelling?
Yes. On the booking page in your account before check-in. Price recalculates automatically: lower price — refund to card, higher — pay the difference.
Why can't I pay the host directly?
Off-platform payment removes GetApart protection: no refund guarantee, no fixed terms, no dispute help. Communicate and pay only through the service.
How to spot genuine reviews?
Reviews are published only after completed stays with detailed ratings (cleanliness, location, check-in). Verified reviews are marked on listings.
